In personalized sessions, I honor each individual's unique journey, adopting a holistic approach deeply rooted in the principles of Person-Centered Therapy established by Carl Rogers.

This fundamental belief in the innate ability of every individual to promote self-healing and personal development through empathy, authenticity, unconditional positive regard, and acceptance constitutes the cornerstone of my therapeutic work.

Recognizing that therapy and personal development are multifaceted, I expand my approach to incorporate a rich repertoire of therapeutic interventions and techniques.

My eclectic methodology is tailored to my clients' specific needs, values, and goals, ensuring a genuinely personalized therapy experience.

Psychodynamic Approaches: We delve into unconscious processes and past experiences that influence current behaviors and emotions, encouraging deeper self-understanding and resolution of complex emotional dilemmas.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): By examining and reframing negative thought patterns, clients can positively change their behavior and emotional well-being.

Existential/Humanistic Approach: We can explore fundamental questions and life issues, helping clients find meaning and purpose, even in the face of life's inherent challenges.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): I incorporate elements of DBT, particularly its emphasis on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Mindfulness/Meditation: I encourage clients to cultivate present-focused awareness, enhancing emotional regulation and a deeper sense of peace and concentration through mindfulness practices and meditation.

Breathwork: Using breath as a tool, I offer techniques for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation management, promoting physical and emotional healing.

Integrative Therapy: At the core of my practice is an integrated approach that combines elements from various therapeutic branches tailored to each client's unique needs. This flexible, holistic perspective ensures that therapy is personalized, drawing from a wide range of rich approaches and innovations in psychotherapy.
